Not sure OP. You can still get a Clip+ or Clip Zip for cheap at amazon.
Like anon said, the FiiO ones look promising, but I haven't used them.

Most modern players lack the sd slot, which is by far the best thing about the Sansa.

Phones work too, but aren't as good as the Sansa in many aspects.

I've had one for 2 or 3 years and it still works like a charm

I found an LG smart phone on the floor last year and have been using it as a replacement for my first gen zune which lasted about 6 years

plus I use it for pics and light browsing but mostly for music
