It's underdeveloped, the songwriting isn't great, and the atmosphere isn't that engrossing. At least Devotion has a handful of highlights that got me to return to that album a number of times.
Two good tracks, the rest are dull as heck.

Why is that? I think it has lots of great tracks. It might not be as consistent as "Microcastle" or "Cryptograms" but still is, to me, among their best albums.
Pic related might not be their worst (although I'm not a big fan of it, to be quite honest) but it's their noisiest, most dissonant one, and I think anyone who listened to AnCo for the first time with this feel terribly displeased.
100 Million is the only track worth listening to on this album. SDRE's weakest by a long shot.

It was my second to last AnCo album and I loved it the first time and since. No idea how the reception of this album is still so poor when it's not nearly as inaccessible as people say.
A few tracks are great on CHz, but it doesn't work as well on the whole as their others do. I'd say that's the best answer.
