Any other albums in Talking Heads Discography that is like this or their song Psycho Killer?

Fear of Music has some Remain in Light moments like I Zimbra, but if you're up for more weird funky instrumentals without the singing try My Life in the Bush of Ghosts
Also are there any other artists with a sound similar to Remain in Light
This ain't no party
this ain't no disco
More Songs About Buildings And Food obvious is the best of them, why didn't you give a listen yet?!?

No it isn't, Speaking in Tongues is (Artists Only has left me butthurt after the great intro, only to continue to David shouting like a retard).

Have you listened to Byrne's discography?

This might be a stretch, but David Bowie's Lodger had the Adrian Belew and Brian Eno working on it in 1979. It shares some similarities of the time. Possibly the followup, Scary Monsters, too.
King Crimson's "Discipline" certainly sounded influenced by the Talking Heads of this time.
Brian Eno's "Before and After Science" has TH moments.

If you like only David Byrne vocal, try Minutemen

Peter Gabriel 3 (Melt) and 4 (Security) had a lot of paranoid moments with African influences.
