He recovered a bit in '99 and '00 but once he started touring again regularly it continued to go downhill very quickly. Personally, I think he developed vocal nodules and just didn't take care of his voice well enough.

Supersonic was apparently written in 15 minutes and it shows in the most awesome way.
Definitely Maybe is the GOAT. Morning Glory and Masterplan not far behind. Then Noel's solo stuff which is very enjoyable if not god tier or owt. Then BHN for the sheer ridiculousness. Then Dig Out Your Soul for being a surprisingly psych throwback album.
The rest of their albums are boring as fuck with nice singles. Oh and Gas Panic, which is randomly an album track on one of their irrelvant albums despite being one of their best songs.

I fucking loved them as a kid.
What i loved about their music was that it's pretty much more about the message than the music itself, that they wanted to break free from their shitty neighbourhood to someplace fancier

I honestly can't say I have. Honestly, I don't get the hatred people have for Wonderwall. I know it's overplayed and beginner guitarists at parties rely on it too much to try to get chicks, but it's a decent song in an atypical Oasis style.
