Mate just set a day when you'll quit, have your last fag in the morning and that's it.
Take that week off work or uni or whatever though. First 3 days are awful, expect really bad brain fog and irritability. First week is shit, first month is a bit bad, but overall it's easy.

Tried that already 2 or 3 times, I always surrendered after 1-2 weeks.
Vaping works so far, I can fight the urge with my e-cigarette, whenever it bugs me too hard. I started with 6mg Nicotine, now Im at 3 and next week I will switch to 0.
Also I dont have to go outside for smoking while Im at work.

When I am/was off nicotine, im sweating, shivering and tend to get really angry real quick. Ill think of the nice taste of smoke and how calming it feels (and looks) to blow smoke out of my nose. Also it accompanies alcohol so good.

I mostly smoke 3-4 cigs a day, so a pack lasts me little less than a week. I really don't understand how someone can smoke pack a day. I just smoke one in the morning, one in midday, one in the afternoon and one before I go to bed.
