What's his best lyric?
>>
>Everything that keeps me together is falling apart
>I got this thing that I consider my only art of fucking people over
Damn...

I drove around for days
I drove around for months and years
And never went no place

Honestly in terms of albums overall, LCW takes the cake hands down. Of course every album (even their shitshow of their most recent album) has a ton of lyrical highlights but LCW just blows the rest out of the water while adhering perfectly to a theme and still somehow seeming "fresh" on every song.
God damn i miss when they were a three piece band. That chemistry they had going with Issac, Eric, and Jeremiah was just beyond good

Good picks, but this one means so much for me:

I'll go to college and all learn some big words
And I'll talk real loud goddamn right I'll be heard
You'll remember that guys said all those big words
He must've learned in college

Well it took a long time, I came clean with myself
I come clean out of love with my lover
I still love her
Loved her more when she used to be sober and I was kinder

I know We Were Dead is't the most loved album, but fuck. Missed The Boat makes me so nostalgic.

>Looking towards the future
>We were begging for the past
>Well we knew we had the good things
>But those never seemed to last
>>
>>60771909
their most underrated. Fuckin' love it

Say what you want about MoMo's decline in overall quality, but I feel like Isaac's lyricism was always remained strong, perhaps maybe not on STO but still

Basically all of the song "broke" fucking shatters me.

Spent 18 hours waiting stoned for space
I spent the same 18 hours in the same damn place
I'm on a road shaped like a figure 8
I'm going nowhere, but I'm guaranteed to be late

Perjorative, "Jinx." he said the groom's down on me cuz he ate the rice

I could have told you all that I love you
And on the day that you die, you'll see the people you'd met
I could have told you all that I love you
And in the faces you see, you'll see just who you've been
I wish I could have told you all

That entire song, though. I can't believe it took me so long to realize what 'doin' the cockroach' meant but yeah. Fuck.

Bankrupt on Selling is one of my favorite Mouse songs and they played it live for the first time in 5 years at the show I went to in October and it made my entire week.

Talking Shit About a Pretty Sunset is some grade A lyricism
>>
I'M TRYING
I'M TRYING
TO DRINK AWAY THE PART OF THE DAY THAT I CANNOT SLEEP AWAY
>>
So we carried all the groceries in
While hauling out the trash
And if this doesn't make us motionless
I do not know what can

Explain pls

Not the guy who you're asking, but the song is basically about going through routine, talking about things that are pointless (like TV), and living life without ever doing anything actually important. Cockroaches have been around without evolving for millennia, but all they do is eat garbage and shit.

Essentially: We're all living the same dumb pointless life, the same dumb pointless life your parents lived, and your children will live after you

Awesome thread!

Blame it on the weekends. God, I need a cola now.
Oh we mumble loudly, wear our shame so proudly.
Wore our blank expressions, trying to look interesting.
Blame it all on me cuz god I need a cold one now.

or

Everyone's a building burning with no one to put the fire out.
Standing at the window looking out, waiting for time to burn us down.
Everyone's an ocean drowning with no one really to show how they might get a little better air if they turned themselves into a cloud.

I'll be honest, though it's not fy fav, I think "Good news..." is the best lyrically
