I listened to this only once last night, and it's been stuck in my head all day.
Now that we're talking about AnCo, I've been listening to them more lately and I think Sung Tongs is their best album.

I fuckin loved this song desu, the lyrics are akin to Sung Tongs and Feels, they have that lucid and otherworldly feel to them, and I like the chaotic elements of their earlier work, so looking forward to the rest of the album, I hope it's weirder than FloriDada

The song has such a catchy hook and a structure that is so poppy that it has a radio friendly potential.
Will this song end up as their new popular track? Right next to My Girls?
That fucking feels-era rhythm tease in the intro...
I guess it technically stays throughout the track, but it's buried under all this other stuff, sort of looses that feels-era energy.
Still a pretty good track though, very nice melodies.

I really like how the chorus has those weird synths that don't quite follow the rhythm on the "Flori Flori Flori Florida" part.
It's the little touch that prevents it from being too cliché, which is one thing I love about AnCo. Their ability to write legit pop songs, and then find little ways in which to turn them into something beyond pop music.

The theme of this album is going to be focusing on cognitive dissonance and undertones of schizophrenia. Mark my words. Listen to the way the chorus at the end repeats 8 times, then 8 more after the song is clearly done. Something is underlying here, and through the lyrics off of it, it's going to be some fucking out there.
