an easy way is to torrent new, popular albums as soon as you can - just check the top 10/top 100 for things that seem like sure bets for having a lot of leechers, do this even if you don't want the albums
try to do a few of them a month for about 3 months, and then just one a month after that
this will guarantee you a ratio that keeps you out of ratio watch, but should easily keep it over 1.0
