Honestly, I think he's talking to to the man in the mirror on this one. It's self-examination and a little self-depreciation maybe? Or it could be just another acid soaked line of his once again (high to death is really just a fucking trip of Pink Floyd-esques lyrics with the reverb pedal turned up to 8 and with a four chord progression which is okay and all but I feel like something is left missing)
