i really wouldn't recommend killing yourself and i'm not going to provide you with that information but stay the hell away with anything with tylenol in it, if you take an OD amount of acetaminophen, your death will be extremely painful and it will take about a week
I wrote this in the immediate days and weeks after my suicide attempt. It actually ends in an odd sense of hope as my daily life returned to some form of normality.
