>Started getting more into post punk earlier in the year
>Get into industrial
>get into shit like throbbing gristle, SPK, Laibach, Chrome, and Cabaret Volitaire
>Really get into Foetus, nail is currently one of my current favorite albums
>Get into power electronics from there after listening to knees and bones by controlled bleeding
>eventually start listening to foetus more again
>This goes into me exploring more into stuff like Ministry, Cop Shoot Cop, early KMFDM, and NiN
I have come full circle. I have become pleb by listening to more experimental genres.

MY FUGGIN NIGGER
Anyways OP, I went through the same but completely skipped later EBM, ElectroIndustrial, and NIN
Check out Trevor Jackson's Metal Dance compilations for rhythmic early Industrial/EectroIndustrial that's more in line with TG, CV and Post-Punk.
Basically you're another Talking Cat Bob
Skipping the "pleb" shit of "patrician" sub-genres. I think he actually tried listening to the Clash, or just wanted us to know that he was listening to the Clash, well after he became le residential post-punk faggot on /mu/ but in reality he actually listened to one album that one time.

I mean, I actually kinda like the Clash and other regular punk bands. I just sorta realized how I came full circle and sorta wanted more bands now that I reached the full loopm which is why I created this thread.
I don't really know if I'm going to try to go into shit like Marylin Manson or something now that I'm at that point.
I also don't want to pick up a tripcode and constantly want to talk about myself like that guy, this was just a sorta one time thing on a discussion of the music I was exploring into recently.

>sorta wanted more bands now
Here's some and don't ignore EBM. There's good shit in there.
Die Krupps
Click Click
The Klinik
Front 242
Nitzer Ebb
E-Craft
Prometheus Burning
ESA
Pneumatic Detach
The Soft Moon
Severed Heads
The Cassandra Complex
I'm tired and about to go to bed or I'd post YT links. These are all good artists and should be right up your alley.
>>60659868
That does remind me, I still need to get around to listening to the Cure's Pornography :^)
>>60659943
The Soft Moon is meh son, specially the lyrics and lyrics.

No they're not. I'll grant you they're nothing new but you can tell they have a deep respect for their influences.

No, I agree with you, and I did come off as the usual moo asshole t b h, but sadly they didn't do much for me even if I like their style of blending EBM, Minimal Wave with Post-Punk.
>>60660120
And I guess I was trying to post something a bit more current.
If you like Foetus give Severed Heads and Click Click a whirl
>>60660149
Severed Heads is great, A Million Angels is one of the few songs that legit made me cry. Will check out Click Click thx

>A Million Angels
Wow. Impressed. Tom Ellard was one of Richard D. James influences. He put out a really good album this year. Rhine.
