I'm learning to use synthesizers.
At the moment i'm only practicing with synth1 by experimenting and trying to see what sounds i can create ~ but i think i should start practicing on more than one synthesizer because many synthesizers have alot of differences
Can you recommend a free synthesizer that is good for ambient purposes? i want something that produces really organic and natural sound

u-he ACE
cheap (or easily torrented)
teaches you patching
features adjustable crosstalk, drift, and osc cap failure (analog emulation parameters)
makes some wicked sounds
doesnt suffer from aliasing within the human hearing spectrum (even some hardware synths do)

Any good books on patching? I just made a sick "ma-ma" sound with my ds-10, I want to learn more about this stuff

Good places to start are youtube videos like this one

I haven't found any good books on specifically patching, only general synthesis. Once you understand the basics of patching, it's easy from there.
Just read the fucking manual.
