I strongly agree. I never got around to listening to I Gave You... until recently, and the sound of it is unlike anything else they've put out. You can really hear how the band's influences made an impact on the album and as a whole it feels far more inspired compared to what came after.
Three Cheers is still a great album imo. Their fanbase a shit though
