prince has an interesting relationship with the internet. back in the early aol days he was one of the initial musicians to experiment with releasing his music digitally. i can't remember the exact circumstances, but prince was pretty soured by the experience. as a result he made it so that none of his music is available online. i think you can read about most of it on his wiki.
