It's fine to like albums that have been widely praised. It's when you haven't listened to anything besides widely known, common albums, is when it becomes a problem. I highly doubt that if you had a hard drive filled with hundreds of gigs of music (which you probably don't), that you would have a chart that looks like that.

No, I agree, I hadn't thought about whether giving recommendations was any better than ratings. I stand corrected. I think that giving out recommendations is way more productive than rating people's charts. It's not being pedantic, there's a real pragmatic reason that I gave earlier; we should stop replying to the first people who reply to the threads, instead of replying to the posts on the bottom of the thread. This leads to even distribution of replies and people who respond late don't get cheated by early replies.

Check out other Hellfyre Club members like Open Mike Eagle or Busdriver. Not similar flow cuz Milo is very spoken word but OME has similarish beats and Busdriver influenced Milo a lot.
