I go to gigs a lot, and absolutely fell in love with the indie scene, but never any jazz acts. Where do you go to see them? I only know one jazz bar, that one along EDSA near Camp Crame, but I've never been there yet.

Funny how this works out, a lot of my relatives in the Philippines used to talk about how light skin was more desired there but my family here in the States are really proud of their dark skin. It's a cultural thing; whereas dark skin is a sign of poverty over there, it's the wealthier folks here who go on vacation and get tanned.
