I'm sorry I didn't say this clearly. Mingus wasn't into the electronic aesthetic, i.e. rock music. Mingus was also notoriously terrible to lead. He worked as a band leader, but any time he worked for anyone else he'd get in fights or walk out. My point was that if you Mingus be the leader to solve this issue, he'd instantly fire half your band because he didn't really like the stuff they played. I understand the more positive viewpoint you hold though and am willing to give up my point about electronics altogether. Trying to convince Hendrix, Davis, Mingus, Cohen, Wilson, and Mercury to work together though would be incredibly difficult because of their respective egos
