yup, i love hip hop, and am on the cusp on trying to pursue it as a profession. i have practiced for 5 years in solitude and it has become a talent of mine. i love it and will never feel bad about that. i also am a competent drummer, so i just love beats, rhythms, etc. it's just how it is. it's not to be cool and badass, i truly love it as a genre, it really speaks to me as corny as that sounds, so just realize that fact about some people. i know the pop rap acts nowadays are garbage and truly harmful to people who can't see how wack, manipulative, and morally corrupt it is. But, there are so many guys who spit with pure hearts and good intentions. Say what you want, but you just don't get it. You never will, so don't try to judge.

Oh, hi, I didn't see you there. You know, nothing too impressive really, but it really depends on the mood I'm in.
I suppose life has it's ups and downs, and my tracklists kinda mirror that; somedays I get stuck in this palce I just feel like listening to stuff like, dunno, Mogway or Explosions in the Sky, but usually I just listen to more straight forward stuff, like Dead Can Dance, Death in June, Current 93... I'm a sucker for John Cale, really, like everyone out there I suppose, starting with his early stuff with Velvet Underground.
I love those rainy sundays just listening to Nick Drake, or Jeff Buckley, some stuff just seems to click the day in place, you know what I mean? I've been listening to alot of american indie nowdays, *laughs* I can listen to stuff like Into it. Over it's "Where your nights often ends" for the losgest times in repeat. I can't imagine my life without music.

Right now I'm going with the older work of artists I like.. Black Sabbath, David Bowie, sprinkled with some Hall & Oates, a wide array of 80s music. I'm also rediscovering early 90s death metal, such as Catacomb, Disincarnate, Detest and so on. From time to time I'm also enjoying newer hip hop such as Black Hippy and it's members, Kendrick, Ab-Soul, Schoolboy Q and Jay Rock.
Oh, and a lot of HTT. I regret to inform you that I already have a waifu and her name is Mio. Out of my way you imperfect swine.
