Anyone else like pic related more than Laughing Stock? So many god-tier moments throughout this album. Laughing Stock has a great atmosphere and beautiful songs, but there's not as many moments that just really get to me, you know?
I prefer it but it's definitely a one sitting record. I listened to it on my first acid trip and I was welling up in tears from how beautiful it was

ya it has some jazzy inspiration, but it's defintely not jazz. You fucked up man. At least listen to the first two songs to get a feel for it. It's a great album, and the explosions of harmonica and guitar sound on the first two tracks are amazing

Yes, it's better than Laughing Stock. It's more focused and cohesive, IMO. Laughing Stock creates a beautiful music landscape, but it's definitely more "jammy" than Spirit of Eden.
