it's literally neutral milk hotel but just jeff, which is cool because he's the heart of the whole gig and it's basically a stripped down more personal version of what the band puts out
very good stuff good in any case. you should check out his XFM radio sesh if you can find it. orange twin works is pretty good too if you're into field recordings
