a new record will be up on cavern brew tomorrow from oregon musician Kowloon_Walled_City. it is a record of half structured waves of digital noise and plunderphonics held together by influences of cyberpunk, glitch, and vaporwave.

Absolutely atrocious, but yeah I get it. I really do. Its a joke. You're gonna get back at me talking about some art shit because you think this would be funny as fuck to say and to tell you the truth its a really obvious joke. So don't even bother. Say like it is: it was made as a joke and its working as it. It made me laugh a couple of times and I thank you for this. Would I consider it as a serious and professional music creation? Nah.
>>60482712
The first song starts with a really minimalist sound obscured by digital soundscapes. As I continue listening it evolves and actually makes me want more. Weirdly enough...I enjoy the minimalistic scape and simplicity. So I give a giant recommendation to other anons.
>>60482480
My first thought was: I'm impressed. The production alone stands out from dare I say it mediocre but satisfactory production techniques of other BC users found in these threads. The overall song structure, voice, atmosphere does achieve a very mellow and depressing state but you do capture my attention with strangely catchy vocal melody and breathy dynamics. I gave a couple of previews of other songs and am convinced to download it.
I'm out but will return shorty for some more quick reviews if any of you guys want to hear my thoughts.

We're slowly starting to shift to a QOTSA kind of feel and en route to becoming tighter. But we're improving - it's a start. From the rest of the links, I gather that I should probably make a design for the band page and come up with a theme for the band.
>>60482089
This is pretty swell stuff. I like that the album is not monotonous.

Rap's not my thing, but I do like the attitude. I wouldn't listen, but I'd join the cult you'd have around you.

I have a feeling that you'd sound even more amazing with an upright bass. I didn't particularly enjoy it but it seemed that you're somewhat new as well, so I can't assume that I dislike you. Will stalk.
