I've been trying to find somebody to help give feedback on my new album, everyone who's bought has just been like "Oh hey I really like it anon" or "woah that sounds cool" because they're really not into music outside of top 40 and pop. But yeah here's a fusion/math rock kind of deal I did with some mates

first song- the bass felt like it was pushing the guitar, which could have been tighter. some of the hat work sounded a bit mushy too. the bass is a major strong point. the back half almost got stale but it wasn't too long.
second song - the vocals are really clean and it seems almost funny against the guitar sound. bass work is flawless again. not a huge fan of the "lets make flange go over everything" part.
third song - the panning feels awkward a bit, and the chords in the section around 1:30 feel like they fall out of time. the organ sound is another welcome addition. this spacey part is rad as hell. kind felt like this song has very similar structure to the last one.

I appreciate how raw this feels, like all the melodies are just being presented and progressed really confidently.

The bass feels kinda upbeat and happy at the start but the guitar feels like really like metal and stuff I like the turn it takes later on where everything is all swirly.

Favorite so far. The instrumentals are really cool but the panning is weird. I like how it progresses, lots of attention to detail here.

idk what to say about this it sounds like something that would play at a vegan juice bar or something which brings back good memories. Could cut down a bit for an 8 minute song, vocals are pretty good! Plus it has a nice outro.

I love the emotion in this. Everything compliments the whole song really well. Sounds like an entirely different song at 2:10 though. It'd feel more consistent if you put that section somewhere else because the part right after fits well with the first part. And then the rest of the song kinda just jumps between being sad and emotive to upbeat and loungey. 7:30 and after feels like such a good progression to make though, feels very smooth. The whole ep feels kinda like a painting which makes sense given the cover.
