I've listened to around 40 of those albums. My point is that some of the best stuff from each of those years never made it onto an album, so having a list of bleep albums literally means nothing. For example, this track is better than any other Jungle or Drum & Bass track on that whole list (and I have listened to all of them), yet it can never appear on it since it wasn't on any LP other than one compilation.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dnY5q-IYqfw

A second point is that a lot of those aren't actually LPs, they are artist compilations. For fuck's sake, Logical Progressions isn't even an artist compilation, why the fuck is that on there.

A small personal point, this is better than the majority of the list and isn't on it for some reason.

Because it wouldn't fit. Hip hop sounds completely different from techno, house, breakbeat, IDM etc. And you don't need any electronic sounds on it, only rapping and instrumentals which often come from sampled records.

As you can see, they are patently not the same and have several differing characteristics beyond the BPM.
>>
>>60398528
Would you actually know a thing about DJing you'd realize that they're extremely similar.
I played jungle records at 33 1/3 -8 and Hip-Hop records at around 45 +4 to great success.

They are extremely similar since they are all breakbeats after all.
You can present either as the other.
