Or any other sustained cardio?
What do you listen to? I'm getting tired of my current stuff, and looking for recommendations.
I like electronic music that is upbeat, a little repetitive but builds into something.
Example: LCD Soundsystem's 45:33.

>>60388268
>>60388284
cardio promotes gains you fuck
>>60388444
oh its like an endorphin thing? but cant you get that from lifting which would also give you something thats actually real like muscle?
>>60388464
how so
seems like it would increase the body's need for protein which if it doesnt get enough that day, guess where its coming from.
>>60388478
you can do both dipshit. arnold did cardio after his workouts and look at his gains
>>60388478
Sure. fwiw I lift and run.
>>60388506
well you can also juggle at the same time but thats not the point

Sweet I already have that but only listened to it once whenever it was released, but forgot about it.
Thanks
>>60388165
isn't it ironic that 45:33 wasn't intended to actually be a sufficient cardio/jogging album but it pretty much perfectly turned out to be one?
not that i know from experience or anything because i, like james murphy, have never jogged in my life. i imagine it would be good for it tho
>>60388165
i usually listen to post-hardcore, sometimes metal. played nokturnal mortum while running the other night and it was great. never actually listened to electronic music while running, although I do enjoy it otherwise.
>>60388502
that is, uh, why you just eat more protein and calories in general, you fucking dink.
>>60389088
yeah... it's pretty funny, but I'll take it. It's probably good on it's own too
>>60389142
but again for what purpose?
I'm just asserting that it makes no sense that jogging would promote gains.
If someone actually races then I suppose thats something.
