What would I need to make my mixes sound like this?

That was previous two albums Dave Fridmann mixed them, he also did all these http://www.allmusic.com/artist/dave-fridmann-mn0000685090/credits

If you are a fan of the first two records, but not the third you would probably like a most of these, with a reasonable extent.

Two DBX 165a's wouldn't hurt for drums. He also has two 1073's, which he liked to use to crunch things up. They can also make a nice mix bus EQ. He used an RE-201 on Lonerism so I'd assume he still has it, but he's added an SRE-555 or RE-501 (I can't remember which, but the only difference is that the 555 is rack mountable). The later space echos were a lot cleaner and sound a bit more hi fi than the earlier models.

He definitely picked up a lot from Fridmann. However, I do think that he pulled back on the whole digital distortion thing that Dave does. The record is pretty heavy on compression, but it's not ear fatiguing like some of the later Flaming Lips releases.
