If it tastes bitter, it's probably 25i-NBOMe. The trip's still pretty fun, but the drug can kill you if you take more than one tab, it also feels very unclean compared to other psychs I've tried.

dont go in with too many plans or too many ideas of how awesome it's going to be cos otherwise you'll spend the whole time trying to feel like that - the experience is amazing but nothing like what you could picture it to be like if you've never experienced it before.
in terms of music, unless you just want to sit in your room for what will feel like the longest period of time of your life, also don't make too many plans. When you're peaking and you want something to play while you do other stuff I'd rec rustie and flylo's latest albums, and any other stuff you normally get a reaction out of. first time I tripped I had the best day of my life going to the royal botanic gardens - my mate had a bluetooth speaker, the best stuff we listened to was hendrix, young thug (not kidding, if he's never made sens to you before he will on acid), pink floyd, rustie, flylo, arca, john coltrane, kendrick, and that sufjan album age of adz
listen to music!! especially calmer, detailed stuff that you can get lost in
fleet foxes, flying lotus, tame impala, steve reich, pet sounds, sufjan stevens, and random ambient music are all great choices
(in my personal experience)
and yeah, don't go into it with too many expectations. stay in a familiar environment. you don't want to feel trapped/lost in an unfamiliar environment

Pink Floyd did a song on Stom Heart Mother called 'Sunny Side Up', it was basically made for acid trips and is really soothing and chill, I highly recommend it or stuff like it (folk, space rock, etc)

Advice
1. Absolutely do not drive or let yourself be driven anywhere. If you know a reasonably safe footpath to walk, sometimes that's fun. But don't fucking drive and stay away from streets.
2. Remember, if you have revelations about things that are bad in your life, WAIT UNTIL YOU COME DOWN before actually taking action on those things. Contemplate them, sure, but do not act. LSD time is 'thinking' time, not 'doing' time.
3. If you eat your tab and it hasn't come up in an hour, DO NOT TAKE MORE or that or anything else. You got a bunk dose, or you got a creeping dose. I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT TAKE MORE or ANOTHER DOSE. Lots of bad trips happen because folks think they got a bunk dose, so they take more, then the first dose comes up and they spend the rest of the night weeping gently as they hug a fire hydrant.

I once listened to two different-genre hour-long mixes at the same time and it was pretty awesome. So it's probably pretty hard to pick music that you really won't enjoy, just go with what you usually like. I enjoyed Shpongle, Pink Floyd, Juicy J, whatever, it was all great.
I will advise that you keep some easy, uplifting stuff ready just in case you start getting scared or something.
