While I wouldn't argue the fact that this is a great album, and it's Bad Brains at their best, In my opinion, I think the "Rior" cassette (Re-issued on C.D. as "Attitude") and "The Black Dot" C.D. are slightly better, even though none of them contain the original 45 version of Pay to Cum.

What's the general opinion on Blink 182? I think that they're a meme band who's in it for the edgy shock value.
I have a friend who listens pretty exclusively to them, and all he talks about it "look at this, they made a 1 minute song! No one has ever done that!" or "They have an album called enema of the state! LOL do you know what an enema is?"
