Is darkbloom worth a listen?
Is it better compared to halfaxa and geidi primes?
I thought all of visions sucked huge dick except for the singles: genesis and oblivion.
Is art angels worth getting?
None of them
Start with Visions and then stop.

I enjoyed Geidi Primes the most and it was my introduction to her. Its the most dream poppy of her albums... the structures to her music are mostly straightforward and its atmospheric.
I'd rec Visions after that, as that has structure as well... Halafaxa is awesome, but its a bit meandering and it takes time to grow... and theres some straight up grating parts in some of the songs... which.. if you're into noise, its cool, but if you're not, will probably make you throw stuff if you aren't aware its there.
I don't care much for Art Angels so far, but most of Grimes work has taken some time for me to appreciate.

Here anon... this would be the better tracks from Geidi Primes:

Clearly her best album.

the grimes half is solid, Crystal Ball's one of my favorite grimes tracks

I recommend instead listening to good modern synthpop like The Knife, TR/ST, Fever Ray, and Baasch
just listen to oblivion on repeat desu

throw genesis in there too, that's a good song as well
Start with Visions, and then throw your iPod on the ground and break it after the third song. Fuck this overrated "LOL SO QUIRKY" hack.

i feel like there's some narrative in the music i just don't want to be a part of but i'm sure it's good depending on what kind of person you are
i don't know why anyone would feel pressed to listen to it. if you asked me i'd say it seems like something women would listen to.
she looks like a showboater.

Oh... its music for girls... but its pretty awesome for meditation... and higher states of consciousness... and banging for hours... you think i'm kidding, but when i took my g/f to a Grimes show, she fucked me fierce both before and after.
