I could get behind this analogy if Endtroducing were not older by a whole decade.
Also, Endtroducing is probably the most perfect album of its kind to ever be produced. There are only a few albums that have gotten a bit of it right and can almost stand in the shadow of something like Endtroducing, albums like RJD2's Deadringer and Dan the Automator's Lovage are good examples.

Honestly Donuts belittles any other instrumental hip-hop project. Its hard to listen to instrumental hip-hop after it.
