It does, but sometimes you can't help it. You just need to cry it all out every once in a while. Never bottle up your emotions, you'll snap one day and do something you'll regret.
I feel better when I listen to something like Joy Division or Swans when I've had a bad day.
I used to listen to music more and I often found myself sadder
