Coheed's new album is streaming on Pandora.
Whose listened to it, what did you think?
Atlas is an instant classic IMO
A couple of ok tracks but it is mostly uninspired.
I couldn't like this album at all
Makes me kinda sad but their new direction just ain't for me

Would I like i if I liked The Afterman?
It's better than Year of the Black Rainbow. Although admittedly, that's not a hard thing to do.
I'll still probably never be as big into them as I was in High School when IKSSE:3 came out, but eh. It seems ok.

Does it have any actual prog stuff on it? All the tracks they've released for it have been their pop-punky stuff
>>59624319
Not really sure, haven't listened to it THAT much but it's still more pleasant than Black Rainbow to me. I don't think so though.

There are two prog-esque tracks
Anyone got a rip?
they need to stick to Amory Wars based stuff, when they make songs about their own lives it's uninspired drivel. we get it claudio, you love your son and wife

This is their worst yet. The rhythm section is fine, but the riffs are lame, the song structure is more repetitive, the production is bland, and without the ridiculous concept, there is NOTHING this band brings to the table. This album fucking sucked.

sad to know.
