I actually only started getting into her a few days ago as well. I highly reccomend you to start off with Marry Me (which I deemed the best), follow up with S/T (to see where she starts to fall off), and the go for Strange Mercy to get more goodness.
If you go chronologically you end with her worst work, which would be too bad really, since that'll leave a bad taste.
