There are monthly nights most places I know of. I'm in a pretty small town and our nights have been moving around. There's Siberia in New Orleans I know for sure. There are probably still plenty going in NYC and LA. There's The Castle in Ybor City.

Been going to goth nights since the late 90s, all over the country, and I'm an old man. Unless you just live in a town full of really shitty people, nobody cares how old you are, and nobody cares how you dress.
All anybody cares about is if you're easy to get along with and like the music. Dressing well is a good outward expression of that, but really, nobody cares.
