This is obviously bait but post-avantgarde would just be music that was inspired by the avant-garde. Avant-garde means the forerunners who are breaking new ground so post-avantgarde would just be the people who are dumbing that down.
So, something like The Olivia Tremor Control would be post-avantgarde because electroacoustic music was avant-garde in its time but they have taken it and made it pop music.
