That's a good band, OP.

I love me some Negativland.
I've got that album on my PC, do you recommend?
>>54129146
I love Negativland
>>54129246
Do they have any other album that one is ok
>>54129309
It's good.
>>54129314
Probably. It's a shame all my actual favorite bands have been discussed here before.
BoA (not the aisian chick)
Dinosaur Jr

I see Dinosaur Jr discussed pretty often, especially with all the indie rock topic accompanying the new MM album
i only lurk passively but i've never seen Anamanaguchi mentioned
& Milburn
Akron/Family
The fucking manics
There doesn't seem to be many overt AMT fans on /mu/.

They were a bit buzzed over here back in 2013, iirc.

They were discussed plenty when endless fantasy came out.

I've only heard Are We Experimental, is their other stuff actually good?
>>54129146
Negativland is great.
Not much a fan of their new album though.
Might buy it just to have the sick packaging though.
This for me
They're not exactly famous but resonably known
River City Extension
I've seen some other people on here talk about them briefly but not very much. They have a new album coming out on Tuesday and the stuff they've released from it sounds really good.
Paradise Lost. I see them mentioned very rarely around here and more often than not it's people saying that Lost Paradise is their only good album. Personally, I don't think they've released a bad album to date.

Started listening to them now, they're great!

Oh yeah. Just for starters; any recording of Pink Lady Lemonade is all but guaranteed to be amazing; Absolutely Freak Out is a wonderful mix of musique concrete, drone music, and heavy psych; Electric Heavyland is the band at their noisiest (just short of the feedback ridden jams of the Mainliner side group); and Astrorgasm From the Inner Space, one of their more recent albums, has four distinct 15+ minute tracks that all go well together on the basis of how "trippy" they are.

THIS SO MUCH. Seriously one of the greatest bands ever. They have so many underrated albums. Journal for Plague Lovers is one of the most underrated albums of the 00's.
