I don't know much about folkroric music tbh, there's a few good releases by Santaolalla (Roncoco) and Aca Seca Trio I really liked, they should be in the archive.
There's also tango, you can't go wrong with Piazzolla. Try Libertango, Persecuta, Zero Hour, Nuestro Tiempo, Pulsación, the list goes on. Most of them should be in the archive as well.
