There's a few possibilities: You're a narcissistic butthead and she won't actually kill herself if you leave, or she actually has the ability to trap you forever in a relationship that you will eventually tire of if you haven't already (this is obvious from you previous posts)
If it was an actual direct threat, ie "Don't leave me or I'll kill myself", I would understand, but even then you can't let people manipulate you that easily. You come off as a very weak willed person who'll probably stay with her just because it's easier, even though you will be less happy
