what i like about repeater is that to me atleast it never sounds old. it started off as an album i found really average but over time i just kept listening and it just kept getting better. i just think its a really well done album.

starsailor is much more tim buckleys own style than lorca is. lorca is great too, dont get me wrong but starsailor feels like tim buckley at his core. i feel like he brought together all of his strongest elements on it. not to mention the fusion of genres on that album is absolutely amazing.

T'was okay. Dug the driving minimal synths and reverbed vocals, but nothing really amazed as far as songwriting goes. Might have been overhyped for Frankie Teardrop, because apart form some of the screams, it wasn't that shocking.
