honestly, i'd just be upfront with them. Send some music and say that you're trying to get on a label and want to know if they are interested. I know nothing about how labels work and I'm only a noname producer, but if you have enough quality music to prove consistency, then why not. Getting out and playing shows and making a name for yourself probably makes your chances a lot better too.

Yeah, you just don't see very many producers with a drive like that. All of his ideas I felt like were expanded and developed much more than a typical techno track, which can be obscure and needs your own imagination.
