this isn't a piece. He just straight up improvised it. Totally off the cuff. I've heard him go on like this for an hour straight before. He's incredible. In college, I lived in the apartment below him and I'd just hang out in his apartment all day and listen to him play when we weren't chatting. He played this at an open mic last night, and I recorded it because I miss hearing him play. He plays with so much emotion. I feel like he has something that can't be taught.
