have you actually heard this though mate
ez is such a bad dj. like his mixing is meh but his selection, ugh fuck off you cunt. he's literally just doing the same shitty set that he did when garage was big. then when garage died he just kept doing it still, didn't adapt, and no one cared about him, now he's still just doing that same set but luckily for him garage is super popular in the uk again thanks to disclosure. you pretty much know every single song he's gonna play at a night. i guess it's fun if ur off your nut or into that kind of stuff but he'll never challenge the crowd or play something they've not heard before. he's no ben ufo, let's face it.
any situated cassette man in
>drinking whiskey
>remembering the glorious days of DOA
>you cant go back in time and tell Commix what a bunch of fucking egotistical twats they are and relive the Mistabishi Sweater Gate

You muff. DJ EZ is the main reason Garage actually made it over here successfully. He was the first to start spinning it 20+ years ago, and hell, he'll probably be the last. It's not like he's completely stuck in 1999/2000/2001 though. He'll mix in 2-step tracks with older 4x4 tracks and speed garage tracks, even some House. He's also adds grime, dubstep, funky, bassline, more newschool garage revival tracks, stuff that ventures into breaks territory, even a bit of future garage sometimes. As long as it has that proper vibe and works well in his set, he'll play it. Not just the popular stuff, but he works in deep cuts too. EZ represents all the various spectrums of garage, it's direct predecessors and its derivative genres, not just the popular turn of 2-step pop hits.
Nobody sees him to be "challenged" mate. They see him because he's a talented DJ who plays a damn good and enjoyable set almost every time he djs. Get off your high horse for a minute anon.
fuck EZ and playing a different track every 20 seconds
real DJs put a 13 minute techno track on and fuck off and do a line of coke and come back to mix in some other 13 minute track
