State of Grace had this scope and size that was like U2 back when they were good. Say what you want about I Knew You Were Trouble, but that hook was powerful.
Not that I'd put Red in my top 25 for that year either, but that's only because 2012 was an incredible year. 2014 has been much slower, so 1989 could have had a shot.
