This is the only thing I can think of which has that really wonky sound design, but it doesn't have that ultra happy aspect to it. Tipper also has similar sound design. In terms of the happy aspect, Pa's Lam System has some upbeat EDM, and Porter Robinson's Worlds album is pretty upbeat. Other than that, I can't really think of anything like it. Great album though.
