For everyone who disliked B L A C K I E, try out his new album. I never liked him before but I liked his new stuff. Previously, I felt like he really put his extreme lo-fi thing before the music. I can put his old albums on in my car and no matter how loud I turn it up it sounds like it's playing off of my phone. I get that he likes extreme noise and that's how he does it live, but it's hard to take in sonically. His new album is the highest quality release he's ever done. It's still very lo-fi and extreme, but he brought just enough studio quality to it that you'll probably enjoy it more.
