Using the Beoplay H6 from Bang and Olufsen. Truly amazing set of headphones in my opinion. 24mm drivers, bass port (nicely balanced just like we're used to from B&O) with a range from 20 to 22000 Hertz. The headphones open up a beautiful soundstage and preforms very well in the mids and highs. The bass is nice and luckily not over powered like we've seen in recent headphones from bose, B&W and even Sennheiser for that mater.
To sum it up, if you are looking for clarity, spacious and unforgiving sound I can highly recommend this pair of headphones.

Use to have a pair of Audio Technica ATH-AD700, and I loved them. Unfortunately they broke, so I got a pair of of the Akg k240's for cheap, and they sound nice. They are not nearly as comfortable though.

Yeah, i have the 650's as well, and you need a proper amp to power them, so you'll end up spending more than twice the price of the cans to get the most out of them.
I had some 200 dollar AKGs but they got real beat up so I bought some 70 dollar Sony MDR V6s and they blow everything under 300 out of the water.

If you get any type of hiss or weird electric noise from your source then a new dac would be good.
You only need an amp for higher impedance headphones to drive them.
