How do you KNOW exactly what your family/friends listen to? I mean if they only ever put on music in the car or something okay, but especially for friends and to a lesser extent siblings who are presumably not with you a lot of the time and often on their computers...have you been through their libraries? Like, if you asked this question to my family about me they'd probably tell you I listen to Linkin Park and Muse and maybe a couple of random prog bands even though I have like 1000 artists in my library because they just remember the stuff I would talk about when I was getting into music way back when.
I dunno, just might be something worth thinking about. Who knows what people would put under your entry if they were writing a list about you, it could come off pretty damning without any context.
