LPD is kind of bananas actually. They're not going to do it for you unless you already like them, but they do their own thing really well. Listen to The Gethsemane Option to find out what they sound like now. I really enjoy The Maria Dimension and The Crushed Velvet Apocalypse too.
I don't know how to redpill people on Whitehouse though. Bird Seed was the first album of theirs I heard and I loved it right away. Great White Death is good too.
