Love this album, but it's another one that stems from cap'n jazz.
Just like owls and american football.
Favorite genre currently.

What's the new cutting edge underground electronic genre following the succession of breakbeat hardcore, drum and bass, UK garage, dubstep?
bamp of interest
ruff sound
smooth noise
grimes came to my 12th birthday party, drank all the condensed milk in our pantry, then left
I fucked Grimes once, her bush yelped and bit me.
>>65613720
So, you liked it then? Sounds good.
>>65613720
I might believe you if you said Grimes fucked YOU.

Come in and spin any song you like!
No rules
If anyones a big jazz fan this also a good room for you
but its no pressure

Now that the dust has settled.
What does /mu/ think about this?
>>65613627
The music is awful.
I want to lick their feet tho
brilliant subversion of the fixiation on "authenticity" prevalent in underground metal fan circles
pretty okay pop metal
>>65613653
I want to smell their farts.
Whatever size you got, rec, rate, all that jazz
>>65613526
Not only have i never heard any of these, outside of Vic Chesnutt and Secret Chiefs 3 i haven't even heard OF any of these.
>>65613746
Haha and those were the two recs I listened to
You should try Landing - Brocade if you like Cluster
>>65613526
Umekichi is good
what's that revolving paint dream album like?
>>65613746
what's your opinion on Omar's solo stuff?
How come 80's pop was so much better than today's pop music?
I'd take Prince and Michael Jackson over Drake and 21 Pilots any day.
You'd need brain damage to disagree, but I just think the problem is artists making music for profit and fame and none of it comes from their heart or has any meaning to them. It's just chintzy crap that exists just to exist, people will force themselves to like it for lack of anything better.
>>65613398
Well the 80's had stupid songs too but at least they were catchy and not overproduced.
I'd take a stupid 80's song over "deep" lyrics like "I AM BLURRYFACE AND I CARE WHAT YOU THINK"

Who else agrees with me that this was the quintessential song of the 80's. Electronic Drums , Heavy on Keyboards and synths, Tie in to a famous movie soundtrack. Soaring vocals.

Underrated/Not-Talked-About albums of 2016 that you liked a lot
I was dragged to this band's concert once.
It was one of the most aggressively mediocre live performances I ever attended, both in terms of the quality of the music and quality of its performance.
How anyone could feel genuinely excited or passionate about this band is beyond me.
Anyway, didn't hear this album and don't intend to hear it either. Is Sacred Bones still trendy or have they finally descended into irrelevance? Awful label.
aotysf 2016 imo
>tfw I bought a limited edition tape of it
So what's the best song on Pet Sounds and why is it Caroline No?
it's actually That's Not Me
*I Know There's an Answer
Don't talk put your head on my shoulder*
ITT: Albums nu-males will never understand
What's your definition of nu-male?
>>65614790
Is there an artist so patrician that it becomes plebeian?
That's the level big-name classical composers have reached
And maybe Pink Floyd too
Death Grips
>liking music
>liking
>existing
>>65613122
>>65613138
Noise is just nu-metal for art fags, isn't it?
nah
nothing gets past you
I tried to post about this yesterday but nobody cared.
You should try to see this if it's near you, you will get to see a wide variety of experimental music without having to deal with any particular artist for more than 15 minutes.
http://squelchers.net/inc2016tour.htm
So is Death Grips the only band that gets better with every release?
>>65612535
of course
>>65612535
yes my dude
Exmilitary was their peak
