reminder to all Animal collective fans and Twenty one pilots haters
>I'm a good DJ but can't play an instrument for shit
How do I become a real musician?
Anything pre-2000s in terms of pop is usually godlike, especially 80s synth. Any obscure/memorable pieces people would like to share?
Singing General? Who /afraidoftheirownvoice/ here? I'd like to record my voice over some tracks but I'd need to bury it in effects to have any confidence
best song or batch of songs?
best member output on the album?
was piggies a mistake?
was sadie sexy?
was it too long long long?
Nearly every song on disc 1 is solid (Wild Honey Pie and Rocky Raccoon are grating at times), while disc 2 has more highs and lows. I think I prefer the latter overall.
>best song or batch of songs?
Back in the U.S.S.R. -> Dear Prudence -> Glass Onion
Everybody's Got Something -> Sexy Sadie -> Helter Skelter -> Long, Long, Long -> Revolution 1
>best member output on the album?
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Ever hear it in mono? No "Blisters on my fingers" ending on Helter Skelter, among other differences. The birds chirping and pigs oinking on Blackbird and Piggies are different, the airplane noises are different and louder, and Don't Pass Me By is at a different speed.
Hey /mu/, I want to tell you something. Just remember that no matter how bad your life might seem at the moment at least you don't post in kpop general. Keep that in mind
Ok so I was getting some edgy shit from hot topic and I see a box of vinyl so out of curiosity I look in there and i fucking see this.
Can someone explain why this is being sold at hot "lol memes amirite lol xddd" topic???
miss u guys
best song on is tourettes
Me on the left
Special mention: pop celebs compassionately headbanging
My dad saw this live and there were people heckling her. Kim without the Youth is genuinely 1/10 and it's pathetic "HURRRRRR I'M STILL A YOUNG PONK AT HEART" shtick is funny but embarassing
Is this the best band ever?
>Where do you currently work?
>tfw just got a job at Long & McQuade, a Canadian musical instruments store. My department is Synth and Audio.
>Do they allow you to play your music?
Haven't started yet. My previous job did though.
I work at Microsoft in Software License Analytics. If you're an IT manager and you're getting SAM audited by Microsoft, I am the guy that's reading you're spreadsheet.
My job is great. It is a cross between data entry and doing the mental equivalent of sudoku. I get to listen to music all day.
Also I get to read interesting internal stuff about some very very dodgy companies.
>they didn't get into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame until this year
>RHCP, Green Day, and fucking Chicago all got in before them
>People still take the R&RHoF seriously
