>Last 7 days I have been into Richard Wagner, The Beatles, Bascom Lamar Lunsford, Peter Bellamy, David Bowie, Little Feat, Chuck Person, Talking Heads, Bob Dylan, Bobby Charles, Ash Pool and Tortured Hooker.
Do you think there's a chance they'll ever make another album?
>>66500404
Let's hope not
>>66500404
its been said by multiple people close to jeff that he still write/records songs, so maybe.
its more likely we'll get some field recording or sound collage stuff, seeing as that seems to be his bigger passion.
there's also the possibility of posthumous releases
>>66500404
Together? I don't know. I personally believe Jeff is working on something. Maybe not actively, but he has something in his head that he is planning. He might enlist their help if he ever records it.
do white guys on this board really listen to rap music or is it just a meme? just finished listening to pic related, fucking cringed all the way through
>>66500397
Koondrick is a joke, white college freshman love him though.

>>66500397

Hello, I don't come here often, but I'll give it a shot.
I've been listening to prog for 15 years and I've been currently playing MAGMA- mekanik destruktiv kommando and amon duul 2- wolf city a lot. anther classic is camel- snowgoose etc- van der graaf etc.
I need someone to point me to similar stuff. Keep in mind I know all the classics, but if you like it and think I'd like it. post it by all means.
What I'm liking with magma and amon duul right now, is how they're awkward, mystical and slightly esoteric mood. I like...

every band because kids aren't smart enough to fully appreciate music

Fuck off. I have great memories as a child listening to this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4mgpejnVMic&list=PLS--vm1a_S7Btg9EsM0Yij4u1x2KLLH34
I was always demanding to my father to play it again.
Any band that's not from this generation. Even the ones that aged like shit.
There is literally no reason to still be listening to dated string music post-1990
Yes of course electronic music includes hip hop
>he's into meme rap and bloop bleep sounds
:^)
>>66500180
>he listens to the same twing twangs they were doing 50 years ago
Correct. There has not been a single unique guitar song for decades. Listening to modern string pop is pointless; the only string pop you should be listening to is stuff from the seventies and sixties for its historic value. Meanwhile, electronic music is literally boundless and will never get old. The only string pop fans today are people trying too hard to be like their Dads. Electronic is better for dancing, intellectual listening, and simple relaxation. String pop has no relevance whatsoever.
I just got news that my dad died.
Music for this feel?

Just looking at the cover i immediately dislike it. I fucking hate rabbits. They're not even good to eat.

Any /mu/ tants here play in band?
I used to be the drummer of an alt-metal group in College. Had some fun times but realized it was going nowhere so now I'm working as a programmer
>drumming
>"musician"
lol
Any /mu/ tants here work as a prostitute?
I used to suck the dick of a millionaire asian man in College. Had some fun times but realized it was very fattening to swallow that much protein so now I'm working as a receptionist in a sperm bank
>>66499759
I'm actually the second drummer
is this the greatest rock album of all time?
It's the greatest bleep twang kwoop swoosh album of all time but idk about rock.
Hell yea it totally is.
i'm a government man
Nope, but it is one of the very best art rock albums.
